At this time of year you should try and get fresh wild leaves Steve, make the most of summer. Winter feels like a long time here and the selection is limited, fresh eliminates the insecticide risk also.

hi ya small update trying some different leaves and all much the same with the ants they are still cutting which is good and slowly filling the small tub I have them in at the min. but seems to be taking ages to fill.

Hi Steve, any comparison pics? Last ones where 3 months ago, must be slot more activity and fungus size I'd imagine by now.

morning was going to take lid off first small tub this morning. and show you that they have filled it to the top but theres a lot of activity and they seem to be using the other small tub next to the first one.
so thought I would leave them to it.
will let you know in a few days if this is the case

hi guy been a while since I updated they are getting there slowly have put some pictures on with them in there small tubs you can see how small the tubs are against the size of the bottle top beside them.

Getting there Steve, so what are you thinking? Keep adding little tubs as they need them or do you have any ideas?
What about adding a small Stewart hatching box next so at least you can see through the lid, might make watching more interesting.
