Leaf Cutters love clover!!
When the big colony in the ant room breaks out, its clover from the lawn they go for. I fed all of the Acros in the ant room today on clover and they went nuts. A really good, if difficult to collect in bulk, new leaf idea to try during the summer. Unfortunately not an addition to the winter list which always needs new, easily available additions. Oh if only they were all like privet!!
Clover
What you feed, where you get it from, basically we will build up a comrehensive list of suitable plants to feed Leaf Cutters. Also in temperate countries, what do you feed them in the Winter?
